Others Images & Words: the Links
If you right-click any of the links you will have a menu option to open in a new page or new tab. Selecting these options will leave your Images and Words window open.
This page is still being worked on but there's some stuff here to start you off.
I do not endorse or recommend any of the resources listed here. Some will be more useful than others.
These links will provide further information but If you have any concerns about your own mental health, you should talk to your GP. If you need support take someone you trust with you. As much as web sites and leaflets are helpful, they are no substitute for a supportive GP.
If you have suggestions for information to be included here, or if any of the links fail please let me know.
