I do not endorse or recommend any of the resources listed here. Some will be more useful than others.

These links will provide further information but If you have any concerns about your own mental health, you should talk to your GP. If you need support take someone you trust with you. As much as web sites and leaflets are helpful, they are no substitute for a supportive GP.
